This policy explains how Vemiv handles information when you use the app and this website.

Your health data stays on your device. You control access and sharing.

Health information

With your permission, Vemiv reads health, body, sleep, activity, workout, and route information from Apple Health to provide readiness, trends, and workout analysis. Date of birth and biological sex may be used for personalized analysis. Route information includes recorded locations.

This information is processed and stored on your device. Vemiv does not upload it, sell it, use it for advertising, or write to Apple Health.

Profile and preferences

No Vemiv account is required. Your nickname, selected avatar, sleep goal, and preferences are stored on your device and are not uploaded.

Sharing and purchases

Images are saved to Photos or shared with a recipient or service only when you choose to do so. Information you share is then subject to the recipient's handling and policies.

Apple manages subscription payments. Vemiv checks subscription status to provide access to paid features; we do not receive your payment-card details.

Website and support

This website remembers your language preference. Website service providers may process IP addresses, browser information, and access records to operate and protect the site. The website does not access your health data or use advertising tracking.

If you contact us, we use the email address, message, attachments, and app or device information you provide to respond and resolve your request. We retain this information only as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

Your choices

You can revoke Health access in iPhone settings, edit your local profile in Vemiv, and remove locally stored app data by deleting the app. Revoking access does not remove previously stored information. Apple Health records and subscriptions remain managed by Apple.

For requests to access, correct, or delete information you have provided to us, contact us below. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law. You can clear this website's saved preferences in your browser settings.
